Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Mastercard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Maestro (Switch) and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling We are proud to offer Free Delivery on all items to orders being delivered to England, Wales and parts of Scotland. We currently do not ship to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly.

We currently do not ship to overseas addresses, however we are working towards overseas delivery in the future.


Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 5 working days. Certain items are available for next day delivery when you order before 12 midday. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is already included in the price that you pay. If you require a VAT invoice please email us at customerhelpdesk@sinksandtaps.com quoting (1) your order reference number, (2) your full name, (3) the delivery address, and (4) a contact telephone number. Once we have received your details we aim to reply within 7 working days.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you order online or over the telephone you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on items that have been found to be unsuitable following installation. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
